In week 9 we did active learning. I made Pikelets. Here is the receipe. 

1 Egg
1/4 cup of Sugar
3/4 cup of Milk
1 cup of Flour
1 teaspoon  baking powder
1/4 teaspoon  salt
25 g (1 oz.) Butter

Beat the egg and sugar until thick and add with the milk  to the sifted flour, salt and baking powder. Lastly add  melted butter . mix until smooth and cook in spoonfuls on a hot greased pan.

    I just want you to make me some pikelets because they look so so good. I love pikelets because you can put syrup on them and then it just makes them taste yummy.
